SELECTED WORK

1. Maryland Institute College of Art
Fastspot

Worked as a designer on Curt Kotula’s rebrand for the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA), under the guidance of Associate Design Director Josh Sender. Helped redesign of MICA’s exploratory program finder, enabling prospective students to discover academic programs based on their interests.

Also took the co-lead on restructuring the information architecture (IA) to streamline the admission process. Following launch, the admissions team reported the highest website-driven enrollment in the college's history, and the project was nominated for a Webby Award.

2. UKA Clothing
Freelance

UKA is a small fashion brand founded by two mothers, Uma and Khyati. Each garment is hand-embroidered by the founders themselves, positioning clothing not as a product but as a record of time, labor, and care.

Rather than treating branding as surface decoration, the identity makes this labor visible. Drawing from Indian embroidery traditions, a dual-motif logo reflects the two makers behind the brand, while an accompanying symbol system functions as a measurement of time spent making each garment. As hours increase, the symbol grows denser—embedding labor, care, and human presence directly into the identity.

3. Nuclear Works
Fastspot

Nuclear works is a platform by Nuclear Energy Institute, created to educate people about various job opportunities in nuclear energy. Worked with lead designer Josh Sender to design the brand identity and website.

Please note that some of the components in this case study are from early design rounds, and were not developed by NEI team for the live website.

4. Homegrown
Speculative Project

Created for the internal team at Homegrown.in, for the music arm
of their media house, I used Space-Type Generator to quickly sketch this lockup, drawing inspiration from early-2000s music visualizers and the way they translated sound into movement and form. The identity is intended to feel energetic and responsive, reflecting the diversity and vibrancy of music. To demonstrate the flexibility of the system, I’ve explored how it can be applied to a range of assets.

5. Farm Alliance of Baltimore
Fastspot

For this special project, I designed a chocolate label, menu,
and T-shirt graphics for a cacao-themed dinner hosted by
the Farm Alliance of Baltimore.

6. Section AI
In-house at Section AI

Section helps enterprise organizations deploy AI to their workforces. It has worked with leading companies around the world to help their teams understand and integrate AI as a part of their workflow.

As a contract designer, I helped design brand assets like web pages, PDF assets, social media posts and publication pieces.

7. Color Field Dance Festival
Speculative Project

Color Field Dance festival is a hypothetical exhibition inspired by the works of abstract artists like Mark Rothko and James Turrell. During the event, the dancers perform in color-charged spaces to create a meditative art experience.

These performances can be viewed in galleries in New York, Chicago, and California.

I challenged myself to use Cinema 4D to create a branding system that evokes the experience without revealing the performance. Hence, the movement of circular shapes is inspired by the movement of dancers on the dance floor.
